Prakash Gurung is a professional chef at Indian Curry Lounge. He has a diploma in hotel management. He also has a great sense of hospitality and customer service. He is very friendly, funny, and humorous, which is why all his friends and family members love and support him tremendously.
Having worked for 21 years under disciplined chefs had helped him garnish and spread the love of taste all over the places he had worked so far. He is always thankful to all those chefs he had learned. Simultaneously, he is also a very hardworking and creative individual. He always tries to give the finishing touch to his work. He never gets tired of doing things in a bit different way. The unique taste of his hard work is always fresh, soothing, and mixed with ingredients of honesty. With the blisters, burning marks, and sweaty face, he is trying so hard to be a successful entrepreneur in the world of hospitality. A moment of cherishing and dreams is finally getting a green signal.
